Holistically Reborn Apothecary’s first Newsletter!

To my fellow creators, magic-makers, & herbalist! Yes, you! Perhaps you are already well on the journey to exploring the intricate compositions of herbal remedies. If you wouldn’t consider yourself an herbalist - It could be as simple as looking within the confines of your cupboards to remember YOU ARE AN HERBALIST. Look deep within & down the long line of lineage that made it possible for you to be here reading this today.

At one point or another our ancestors depended upon the medicinal components found in these plants. We owe our very being to the strength, resiliency, & knowledge of our predecessors.
It’s in our blood, as one could say.

An array of ‘spices’ like star anise, Black pepper, Cinnamon, Garlic, Basil, Oregano, Chamomile, & Fennel are used today just as they were hundreds of years ago! What a testament to herbalist of centuries past.
Dandelions are surely to become a welcome feature in the garden, rose bushes, sage, & lavender sprigs found on walks no longer seem trivial once exploring the vast history & usage of these herbal allies. I’m excited to be here to walk this path with you all!
